Choose your product and size, click Add to cart and complete your order via Checkout. There you fill in your details and choose how you want to pay.

You can pay with iDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Mastercard and Visa.

Email us as soon as possible at info@sheepones.com with your order number. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll see what we can do for you. Already on its way? Then you can return it after delivery under our return policy.

- Netherlands: €7.95 per order, regardless of the order amount.
- Europe: €7.95 per order.
- Outside Europe: shipping costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

- Netherlands: usually within 1–3 working days.
- Europe: usually within 3–7 working days.
- Outside Europe: 7–14 working days, depending on the country and carrier.
These are estimates. During busy periods, such as the holidays, delivery can take longer.

As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow your package.

The courier will leave a note or try to deliver the package to your neighbours. If that's not possible, you'll receive information about a new delivery attempt, or you can collect the package from a pickup point.

Is your package later than expected or does it seem to be lost? Email us right away at info@sheepones.com with your order number and we'll find a solution together.

You can return items within 14 days of receipt. The following conditions apply:
- The item is unworn and unwashed, with the original labels still attached.
- Sale items and custom-made products cannot be returned.
- For hygiene reasons, some items, such as underwear, cannot be returned.

- Register: email info@sheepones.com with your order number, the items you want to return and the reason.
- Pack: pack the items carefully, preferably in the original packaging.
- Ship: send the package to the return address you receive from us after registering.
- Refund: once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you.

Return shipping costs are for your own account, unless you received a wrong or damaged item.

Within 14 working days after we've received and checked your return. The amount is refunded via the payment method you used for your order.

Direct exchanges aren't possible at the moment. Want a different size or colour? Place a new order and return the item you don't want to keep under our return policy.
